Supporting Rock2Recovery
We are very proud to support Rock2Recovery at the London premiere of Sunray: Fallen Soldier. This film, created by and starring former Royal Marines Commandos, delves into the challenges veterans face when reintegrating into civilian life, aiming to raise awareness about mental health issues within the veteran community.
About Rock2Recovery
Rock2Recovery is a UK-based organisation dedicated to saving and changing the lives of Armed Forces members, veterans, emergency services personnel, and their families affected by stress. Their mission is to inspire and coach individuals toward a more positive future.
Services Offered by Rock2Recovery
Coaching Sessions:
Rock2Recovery helps individuals identify their personal “rock”—a source of motivation and inspiration to encourage positive refocusing. Scientific evidence indicates that activities like music, adventure, and water pursuits can stimulate the brain to facilitate positive change and self-recovery.
They offer confidential one to one specialist change management coaching for members of the Armed Forces, 999 Services and their immediate family members, either face to face, via Zoom or by telephone, with a fully qualified change management coach. They cover England, Wales, Scotland, Jersey and the Isle of Man.
Sessions are available for as long as you need. You don’t have to talk about anything you don’t want to – they work at your pace and what you feel comfortable with.
Following their unique experiences, they recognise the need for rapid preventative interventions, specific coaching and assistance.
Their non-clinical approach is aimed at inspiring, coaching, motivating and supporting individuals to experience real and positive change in their lives by “rethinking your thinking”. They encourage everyone to engage in their own recovery and find their “rock”.
