As a military veteran and someone deeply interested in films that authentically portray the veteran experience, I was incredibly moved by the trailer for SUNRAY: Fallen Soldier. The commitment to having the project led by former Royal Marines Commandos is truly commendable and promises a level of realism often missing from Hollywood portrayals. The film's focus on the effects of PTSD and the sacrifices made by soldiers is crucial. This leads me to a question regarding a detail in the plot: the main character's daughter sadly passes away following a "fatal encounter with drugs." In the context of the character's subsequent mission, is there any exploration of the specific pharmaceutical substance involved? I ask because I recently came across some information about a drug called Sunray-420 on a medical database (https://pillintrip.com/medicine/sunray-420) and was struck by the coincidence in the naming. Was this intentional, perhaps as a subtle narrative device, or is it purely coincidental? Understanding such details would add another fascinating layer to the film's dedication to raising awareness.
